If you’ve ever needed a quick, crowd-pleasing dessert that looks adorable, tastes amazing, and disappears fast, then you’re going to love today’s recipe! The girls are back in the kitchen—Ainsley, Katie, and Gracie—and they’re whipping up one of our family favorites: Pink Fluff.

This recipe is perfect for potlucks, holidays, after-church fellowships, or those moments when you just want something sweet without spending hours baking. It’s creamy, fruity, and has that nostalgic “church cookbook classic” vibe we all know and love.

And the best part? The girls can make it almost entirely on their own.

✨(Which means Mom gets a break… at least for five minutes!)

🍓 Ingredients

  • 1 large container Small Curd Cottage Cheese

  • 1 large tub Cool Whip

  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

  • 1 box Strawberry Jello (just the powder — don’t mix it with water!)

👩‍🍳 How to Make Pink Fluff

  1. Pour the cottage cheese into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Fold in the Cool Whip until everything is light, fluffy, and blended.

  3. Add the drained crushed pineapple and gently stir to combine.

  4. Sprinkle the strawberry Jello powder over the top. Mix well until it all turns a gorgeous pink.

  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving — if you can wait that long!

That’s it! Seriously… that easy. And you'll be shocked how fast it disappears.

💗 Why We Love It

Pink Fluff is more than a recipe—it’s a memory maker. It’s giggles in the kitchen, pink spoons, and three sisters working together. It’s the perfect blend of sweet, simple, and sentimental.
